Hi there!
I'm Sonya Bourgeois.

Helping you and your little one get the solid sleep you’re missing, so you can get off survival mode and back to rest & routine.

I was once just like you – deeply in love with my baby, but falling apart on the inside because of the severe lack of sleep. I knew that bringing home a new baby would be exhausting, but I never imagined how the fatigue would affect every aspect of my life.

Sleep training can be a vulnerable thing, so please know that there’s no judgment here! This is a safe place where I know that you love your baby immensely, but also can’t survive on a few hours of sleep each night. Know that no one here is looking down on you for your choice to sleep train.

You’re a great mom, and you need rest in order to show up for all the things that call your name each and every day. I’m here to support you in a way that respects how you parent and your little one’s unique personality. I’ll guide you with every step, so you’re never alone in this while you say goodnight to the fatigue that seems to follow you everywhere.
